We are seeking an experienced part-time, hourly bookkeeper to support its growing nonprofit operations.
This role will manage core financial functions including bank reconciliations, board financial reporting, payroll processing, QuickBooks Online bookkeeping, and grant tracking and reporting. Prior nonprofit bookkeeping experience and strong QuickBooks Online skills are required, with additional experience in payroll systems, grant reporting, and nonprofit compliance considered a plus. The position starts at approximately five hours per month, with flexibility to grow as the organization expands. Pay is hourly and commensurate with experience.
